Rogue Scholar is a unique, one-of-a-kind brewery and bar venue right in the hustle and bustle of Newcastle West and loved by a local community of 'Rocals'.

It is important that the Rogue Scholar team crafts a delicious and warm experience every time a customer walks in. Pulling up a chair at the copper-topped bar, in this project you will choose a Rocal to designed an unforgettable taster menu.

In this project, you will craft the ultimate taster menu for a lucky Rocal of your choosing. To complete this project, you will need to submit a completed 'What your Flavour' Taster Template that includes:

5 beverages that will delight your Rocal
Reasons why you picked each beverage for your Rocal.

What you need to do:

In this project you will choose a 'Rocal' and craft a 'What's Your Flavour' tasting menu for them. Using the project pack below, you will select 5 beverages that suit the taste, preference and personality of the Rocal you choose.

Your taster experience should:

Cater to the Rocal's beer preference and taste.
Each beverage on your menu should contain a short description why your beverage pick will suit your Rocal.

To complete this challenge, fill out the What's Your Flavour Menu in your Project Pack with your selected beverages.
